Return Policy

Personalized Products

Personalized Products, such as Personalized Cartoons are not returnable. We will replace the item in the following circumstances:

  • We sent the incorrect item that was ordered
  • We made a personalization mistake and you had the personalization correct on your order

We will replace the cartoon, if we made a mistake. We will only replace the actual cartoon, but NOT the item it went into. For example, if the item was a framed print and the personalization on the print was our mistake, we will replace the print, not the frame. The cartoon is easily replaced. This will also be the case for snow globes, magnets, key chains, Lucite frames. We will replace mousepads since they are sealed.

Please review your order and report any mistakes you may have made to us as soon as possible. Always call us if you are unsure about something before ordering.

Non-Personalized Items:

We will either refund or replace an item at our option for the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect Product
  • The picture and/or the description on the website did not describe the item that your received.

We will pay for the shipping to return the item and send you a replacement under the above circumstances.

If you decide you just don't want the product, you may send it back for a Refund or Store Credit. You must pay for the return shipping and the item must be sent in the original box and be in the original condition.

Item Received Damaged or Never Delivered.

If your item was received damaged during shipment or you never received the package at the normal time indicated in the shipping method, you must first report the problem to the Post Office so they can investigate.For damaged items, keep the original packaging. Then report the problem to us. We will help resolve the issue.

An example of what could happen: A package (gift) could be sent to an apartment. It can't be left at the door and was delivered to the Apartment Manager. The manager never tells the recipient. The package seems lost. This actually happened recently (Nov. 2010) and we helped to find the package and got it to the recipient.
