We met with the owners of Switchables, at the Philadelphia Gift Show, Jan. 8th and ordered the new Switchables at that time.

The endearing, gentle sculptures of Willow Tree® speak in quiet ways to heal, comfort, protect, and inspire. When your customer seeks a meaningful gift that captures an everyday moment or expresses a feeling, a Willow Tree sculpture offers that truly personal touch. Each piece is cast in resin from original, hand-carved sculptures, then individually painted by hand. Through beautiful, gestural figures, Willow Tree embraces personal relationships, reminding us of the emotions that bring us together.
Susan Lordi has a keen observation of the human form. Inspired by dance, art history, nature, and personal experiences with family and friends, Susan uses figurative sculpture to reflect our relationship with people and the world around us. In addition to working in sculpture, Susan has spent years making art with cloth. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Textile Design and her fiber art has been exhibited internationally. A monograph of her art textiles has been published in the Portfolio Collection by Telos Art Publishing and she is featured in the book Art Textiles of the World: USA.
Switchables mini ornaments called Swittles are now available. These ornaments/charms are approximately 1.5-2.5" tall. They can be used as ornaments on christmas trees. Especially on the small trees that you can purchase for a table top or shelf.
They can also be hung on a wine bottle or even used as part of the packaging of a gift.

Periodically, the Switchables Company retires designs. They announced the 2012 retired designs on June 1, 2012. They retire designs around this time, because the new designs are launched during the summer. We will be getting the new designs late July or early August.
